دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا به عنوان یکی از برترین دانشگاه های کانادا در ایالات بریتیش کلمبیا معروف است . دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا یک دانشگاه دولتی است که برپایه پژوهش محوری استوار است . نام دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا از نام کاشف مشهور سایمون فریزر بر گرفته شده است .

دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا بیش تر از 8 دانشکده دارد و تعداد بسیار زیاد و وسیعی از رشته ها را در مقاطع کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد در طول ترم ارائه می کند .

تعداد این رشته ها در مقطع کارشناسی 100 و در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد حدود 45 رشته می باشد .

یکی از دلایل اینکه فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا جذب بازار کار  می شوند ، بهره مندی انها از اساتید توانمند و به نام در مبحث آموزش و پژوهش است .

Multi-Year Funding Scholarship

این بورسیه به دانشجویان ممتاز مقطع دکترا برای طول زمان ۴ سال مشروط بر پیشرفت علمی درحین تحصیل تعلق می گیرد .

Graduate Dean’s Entrance Scholarship

این بورسیه به دانشجویان بومی و بین المللی ممتاز در مقطع ارشد تحقیقاتی و دکترا دانشگاه سایمون فریزر کانادا داده میشود . ارزش این بورسیه سالی 21000 دلار است و پرداخت آن بستگی به  پیشرفت علمی سالانه دانشجو در طول تحصیل می باشد .

پرداخت این بورسیه برای ارشد تحقیقاتی تا دوسال و برای دکترا تا چهار سال است . درصورتی که دانشجو دانشگاه سایمون فریزر همزمان بورسیه دیگری را نیز گرفته باشد مبلغ این بورس 5000 دلار خواهد شد .

Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship

این بورس توسط خود دولت کانادا به دانشجویان ممتاز مقطع دکترا داده می شود و ارزشی حدود 50,000 دلار کانادا برای مدت سه سال را دارد .
